Finally we added a large package of fresh baby spinach (stemmed) and a package of four cheese tortellini and continued cooking until done. So easy and delicious!

Add the warm vegetable mixture toss to combine. Whisk the eggs and 3/4 cup broth in medium bowl. Add egg mixture to stuffing and toss to coat. Mix in Parmesan. Add more broth (about 1/2 to 3/4 cup) to stuffing if it still looks and feels dry. Transfer to skillet or baking dish. Cover with buttered foil. Bake 30 minutes. Remove foil bake until golden, about 30 minutes.

Tarkibi:

1 Quart Oyster Mushrooms

Baguette-sliced and lightly toasted

1 mayda tug'ralgan piyoz

2 Cloves Garlic Minced

1 Tsp Chopped Fresh Thyme + Extra sprigs for garnish

1/4 cup red wine

Herbed Goat Cheese

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Balsamic Glaze

Heat olive oil on medium heat. Add minced garlic and diced onion. Cook until translucent. Add chopped oyster mushrooms, thyme and black pepper to taste. Continue cooking until mushrooms are light golden brown. Add wine and reduce over medium-high heat. Spread a generous amount of goat cheese on each crostini. Top with mushroom mixture. Drizzle with balsamic reduction and top each crostini with a sprig of fresh thyme. Voilà!
